I have truly fallen in love with this “twisted” technique that makes use of the Country Schoolhouse Twister Tools!
When I first saw the Twister, Lil’ Twister, and Primitive Pinwheels, and Itty Bitty Primitive Pinwheels tools, I knew this was a technique with endless possibilities and I purchased all four. In making these treasures, I have both followed purchased patterns and created my own.
I especially enjoy teaching this technique to beginner quilters. The technique is simple. It can be completed in a timely manner, and the results are stunning. The sense of accomplishment and the compliments that follow inspire new quilters to keep stitching.
These are two of my favorite Twisted quilts. If you’d like to read more about these quilts or see all my Twisted Treasures, click on the link under Sue’s Quilt Gallery in the right hand column.
