Refund and Returns Policy

Enjoy your new quilt in your home or office for seven (7) days from the day you receive it. If you find it doesn’t suit your space, notify me during that time period and return it, insured for the purchase price, at your expense, and I will refund the purchase price of the item.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, I can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Blank note cards
  • Downloadable patterns
  • Sale items


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

RE: Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

When notified of the intent to return an item, I will provide an address for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
